Janus blew me a kiss!

Roy from Janus contacted me after my blog post the other week and offered to send me a photo of my choice from their archive. I said I liked the schoolgirl from Janus 139 who gets a very nice spanking on her knickers followed by a bare bottom caning. The poor lass ends up striped bare for a PE punishment lesson.  Well here she is blowing you a kiss, personally I think her teacher should get on and cane her bottom for impertinence.

Back over the desk girl

It's been far too long since I bent Elaine over the school desk to receive her punishment, in fact it's been exactly 16 months. That's because 16 months ago we got a dog, or rather I got the Golden Retriever puppy I'd wanted for years.

The puppy turned out to be a real character, loving but also obstinately independent and able to ignore any treat or toy that we'd use to try and train him. Of course that's what comes of choosing the liveliest puppy in the litter because you like the colour of his coat. Now the reason for the lack of school desk is that I need to set it up in the living room if I'm to have any room to swing a cane and the living room was were the puppy lived. It's taken us 16 months to get him to the stage where we can put him out of the room without him barking away indignantly but were finally there and so to celebrate I put Elaine over the desk for a spanking and took a few photos.

The return of Janus

The first spanking magazine that I bought back in the early 80's was a copy of Blushes that I'd picked up in a local newsagents. With my appetite whetted I scrapped together my meagre resources and took a coach trip to London's Soho to see what I could find, and what I found was the Janus shop at 40 Old Compton Street. It was an Aladdin's cave of treasures for a young spanko, racks and racks of magazines and books. I came away with three copies of Janus including Number 23 with my favourite photostory model Pippa Marshal.

The Janus shop closed in April 2011 with the decline of magazine publishing and the rise of the Internet. Thankfully this isn't the end of Janus and they have been reborn in a new online shop the Janus store. They still sell some copies of their old magazines, but now they have also started to digitise their back catalogue of Janus magazines as well as old Roue and Blushes magazines, a sample here. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who missed out on the original magazines to get there hands on high quality digital versions. Janus have also started to dig around in there archive for previously unpublished material including extra photos from some of there famous photostories.

Part of the reason I started this blog was to share some of the wonderful stories and photographs from out of print magazines of the 70's and 80's and I think it's great that these will now be available to everyone. I have already added to my collection and I'm sure many people who read this blog will appreciate it too.

An Australian schoolgirl caned

School Corporal Punishment is a discussion board that's been around a number of years and hosts some interesting thoughts and reminiscences on the subject of school CP. One of the best threads on the site was started by a lady called Rebbecca and it's an account of her experiences of the cane at an exclusive Sydney Grammar school. Her school, S.C.E.C.G.S Redlands, was originally a girls school but had recently become co-educational. The year that she joined as an eleven year old First Former in 1980 the school and it's new Headmaster re-introduced the cane and poor Rebbecca was one of the first pupils to fall foul of the new regime. In fact Rebbecca was destined to be on the receiving end of no less that thirteen canings in her six years at Redland’s all of which were given on her bent bottom!

Now most accounts detailing such excessive corporal punishment of girls would be met with well deserved scepticism but in Rebbecca’s case it appears to be true and she has even posted photocopies of the punishment book to back up her account.

She was also  persuaded to filled in the sites online survey for her punishments:

Any other relevant info: We went into the changerooms to change for PE, and the shower area was absolutely flooded. One girl showed us that this meant you could slide along the tiles. A few of us did it, and the PE teacher sent us to the office. The Headmaster took us to an empty classroom and gave the four of us the cane. It was somewhat embarassing as our PE uniform meant we were wearing sports briefs - about as revealing as underwear and the idea of him obviously looking at my bottom while I was bending over in those was confronting. It really was quite a stupid uniform.

(From another post about this punishment) With the sliding in the showers, I think the PE teacher just came in and caught us but it's possible somebody dobbed us in. We were sliding in our bare feet, but we'd already mostly changed into PE uniform. The sports briefs we wore were our normal clothing for PE. It's what girls wore for sport and PE back then. Boys wore shorts, we wore these briefs. I hated them, because it did feel like you were doing PE in underwear, but it was just what we wore. We were considered to be fully dressed in PE uniform.

No comment was made on our PE clothing being inappropriate. It wasn't considered inappropriate. I'm not sure if you understand that this is what we wore for PE. They wouldn't have made us wear it if they thought it was inappropriate. We quite often left the school in it to go down the road to the park for PE - we were jogging through the streets in it. I found it an embarrassing thing to wear and I know a lot of other girls did too, but that's what girls PE and sports uniforms were like back then. So being sent from the changerooms to the office wearing what we were going to be wearing outside for the next couple of periods - nobody saw that as inappropriate.

We were told to finish getting dressed, which meant putting on our shoes and socks, and to go to the office. I'd say we were caned within five to ten minutes of being caught and were sent straight back to join our class at PE.

In fact Rebbecca was wearing the same PE uniform as Nicole Kidman wore in one of her earliest films.

It turns out that her Headmaster Mr Cornish along with his female Deputy where caning four students a day with roughly equal numbers of boys and girls as detailed in the punishment book records. That's 875 canings a year, the poor man must have been exhausted!

Rebbecca herself seems to regard her canings as a mixed bag, some she deserved while others were unfair, but it did leave her with a life long interest in corporal punishment.

Fifth Formers

These photos are from a story called Crammers in Blushes 11. Unfortunately I don't have that issue and so don't not the subject of the story (Maybe Dmitry at British Spanking Magazines does). I do love the look of this schoolgirl and can imagine all sorts of reasons why she should be caned by her Headmaster.

What I especially like is that she really looks the part of a Fifth Form school girl. Now if your not British or even if you're too young to remember, secondary schools used to be arranged into five years from the ages of 11 to 15. So your average Fifth Form girl was fifteen to sixteen years old.  It's an interesting age, just on the edge of being an adult while still firmly stuck in the role and uniform of a school girl. Now this also seems to be a popular age for adult schoolgirls to adopt for their schoolgirl role play. It's the age Elaine likes to play and I see Penelope also adopts the role of a naughty Fifth Former. I suppose it's the mix of maturity and vulnerability that adds to the mental stimulus of the role play. Of course the model in the Blushes photo story is over 18 as is Elaine, but as I've always said, it the thought that counts ; )

Penelope Hasler at the Naughty Little Writer blog has sent me a letter confessing to some rather naughty behaviour she got up to at school. I have writen my response detailing my proposed remedy and it has now been published on her site.
